Our custom hardware is intricately engraved with the Rampant Lion, the revered national symbol of Scotland and an enduring representation of strength, courage and nobility.

On Highlander’s interpretation, the lion stands upon writing paper while holding a pen—a distinctive emblem connecting our Scottish heritage with the written word.

The Rampant Lion appears on both the cap and body finials. Beyond its decorative significance, the hardware contributes to the carefully balanced weight of the pen, giving it a substantial and reassuring feel in the hand.

Around the center band, a repeating pattern of our understated “H” emblem provides a final signature detail—a subtle reminder that, at heart, we are all Highlanders.
