Shipping policy


ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 24 hours to process your order.  Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders can be picked up daily.  We will schedule an appointment time that meets your schedule. An email to text will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Oders are generally shipped within 24 hours.  

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer Free USPS Ground Advantage on purchases over $50.00.  

     
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and Singapore.

If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

AUTOMATIC CALCULATIONS:
Managed Markets automatically calculates shipping costs and duties based on the selected carrier and destination country.

MERCHANT OF RECORD MODEL:
Shopify acts as the "Merchant of Record" handling customs and compliance issues.


Depending on carrier and service selected, international shipping delivery generally ranges between 4 and 20 days.


Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Highlander Writing Instruments, LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Chuck@HighlanderPen.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
