Crimson Tartan Black Titanium Rollerball Pen

CRIMSON TARTAN

Handcrafted Black Titanium Rollerball Pen

Inspired by the Highlands. Individually handcrafted. Made to mean something.

Deep crimson. Burgundy. Pearl white. Flecks of shadow.

The colors of Crimson Tartan appear to weave and cross one another throughout the body of the pen, creating a pattern reminiscent of threads running through a richly colored Scottish tartan.

No two sections look quite the same.

Turn the pen in your hand and the pattern changes—from deep wine and garnet to flashes of pearlescent white and brilliant crimson.

Against the cool, dark finish of Black Titanium, those colors become even more dramatic.

The result is a writing instrument that feels distinctly Highlander: sophisticated, substantial and just a little rebellious.

Each Crimson Tartan is individually hand-lathed in Lone Tree, Colorado, USA, making every pen genuinely one of a kind.

SIGNATURE HIGHLANDER DESIGN

Look closely at Crimson Tartan and you’ll discover details found only on a Highlander.

Our custom hardware is intricately engraved with our signature Rampant Lion, inspired by one of Scotland’s most enduring symbols of strength, courage and nobility.

But our lion is different.

He stands upon writing paper holding a pen—our own interpretation of the Rampant Lion and a symbol of the power of the written word.

The lion adorns both the cap and body finials, while the center band features a repeating series of Highlander’s understated “H” monogram.

These aren’t simply decorative details. They are part of the identity of the instrument—a subtle reminder that we are all Highlanders at heart.

YOUR COMPLIMENTARY HIGHLANDER JOURNAL

Every Crimson Tartan Rollerball Pen includes a complimentary Highlander A5 Journal, creating a complete writing set ready for gifting—or keeping for yourself.

Inside you’ll find premium 120 GSM soft-white pages, selected to provide a smooth writing surface with minimal ghosting while remaining comfortable on the eyes.

A sewn lay-flat binding allows the journal to remain naturally open as you write, while its sophisticated Saffiano-style soft cover brings together timeless design and contemporary luxury.

The page edges are finished with our signature Red Gold gilding, and a coordinating satin page marker keeps your latest thoughts close at hand.

Each journal is carefully wrapped in stationery tissue, sealed with a Highlander sticker and presented in a sleek black gift box featuring our iconic Rampant Lion.

We created the Highlander Journal with one purpose:

“To inspire you to reconnect with your own genius inside.”
— Chuck Liniger
